Our products are the result of 600 years of experience

The Ravagni oil mill is a small oil mill-museum in the town of Anghiari (Tuscany), where oil has been produced continuously since 1421, as documented in the historical archive of Florence.

The management has always been by the same Ravagni Bartolomei family who has maintained the history, art and tradition of the cold processing method, the only one capable of keeping all the qualities and organoleptic properties of the oil intact.

We speak of true cold pressing only when three simple processing steps are used, as we do, and as it was done for 4000 years before the birth of Christ: the grinder, the press and the centrifuge which divides the water from the oil.
